Authorization Agreement ✍️

This section gives us permission to communicate with the credit bureaus on your behalf. Please read and accept the terms below.

Client Service Authorization Agreement

I, the undersigned client, hereby authorize EarnWithDon and its designated representatives to act as my authorized agent in all matters relating to my consumer credit files maintained by Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, and any other consumer reporting agencies.

This authorization includes the right to: (1) obtain my credit reports, (2) dispute inaccurate, unverifiable, or erroneous information on my behalf, (3) communicate directly with creditors and collection agencies, and (4) receive correspondence from credit bureaus regarding disputes.

I understand that: This authorization does NOT guarantee specific results. I may cancel services at any time in writing. EarnWithDon will maintain confidentiality of all personal information. I am providing accurate information to the best of my knowledge.

This agreement is effective upon electronic submission of this form.
